We are a 68-unit building, erected in the late 1960s and converted to condominium ownership in the 1970s, with a resident superintendent, professional property management, and covered parking. We are located in the heart of Coolidge Corner, a short walk from an elementary school, town tennis and basketball courts, shopping, and the medical area.
